General Settings
At General Settings, on the Customers tab, you’ll find two new settings:
- Require Technician Signature for All Customers
- Show Alarm Status for All Customers
These options ensure that the respective settings are automatically enabled when creating a new customer. Below each setting, there's a button to apply the same setting to all existing customers.
Calendar Updates
- In the year view of the calendar, you can now see the status of each work order. This update also applies to the calendar in the customer portal.
- Additionally, you can filter the calendar by teams by selecting a manager. This will display all items associated with the employees under that manager.
Push Notifications for Phone App
We’ve resolved recent issues with push notifications not reaching the phone app. You will now receive a notification whenever a work order is created for you.
