Customer Portal
A new setting has been introduced to make the "Reason for Change" field mandatory when a user changes the state of a recommendation.
- This setting is available under General Settings > Customers tab.
- When enabled, customers must provide a reason when modifying the state of a recommendation in the customer portal.
Invoicing Module
Several improvements have been made to enhance the user experience within the invoicing module:
- In the Invoice History page, users can now filter invoices by invoice number.
- An order number can now be configured per location. This setting is available under the Contract tab. If an order number is assigned to a location, it will be displayed on the invoice.
- Credit notes now automatically copy invoice lines from the original invoice, with prices converted to negative values.
- The "Invoiced Till" field is now displayed under the Contract tab.
- The process of setting multiple invoices to the Final state has been improved. Users can now finalize both invoices that need to be printed and those that will be sent via email simultaneously. This option is available as a button under the invoices table.
CRM REST API Expansion
Our CRM REST API has been updated with two key improvements:
- Locations Endpoint: Upserting the Task field is now supported.
- Articles Endpoint: Upserting a product, including delete and undelete actions, is now supported.
Bug Fixes
- Checkpoint Types: The option to limit pest types is now available again.
- Multi-page PDFs in Visit Reports: Previously displayed as an error; now correctly shown as a PDF icon with the title.
