Enhancement: bulk edit for consumption checkpoints
A bulk edit feature is now available in the mobile app that allows consumption to be set for multiple selected checkpoints.
- Prerequisite: This option is only available when only consumption checkpoints are selected.
To use the bulk edit function, you must hold down a checkpoint. Then you can select multiple other checkpoints. You can use the extension via the edit button at the top right.
New setting: Automatic status update on alarm status change
In the office environment, a new setting is now available that automatically supports the process around alarm status changes. When the alarm status of a location is changed in the mobile app, the corresponding work order is automatically given the status “Must be reviewed.
The setting is available under the “Other Settings” tab in the general settings of the office environment. It is important to note that this functionality applies to all technicians, customers and locations within the app environment.
Functionality update: Warning at 'Set all checkpoints to 0' action
When using the “Set all to 0” button, a warning is now displayed when not all checkpoints are associated with a floorplan. The warning reads as follows:
“Some checkpoints could not be set to '0' because they are not linked to a floorplan.”
Despite this warning, the action is performed as usual: all checkpoints that are linked to a floorplan are set to '0'. Checkpoints not linked to a floorplan can be visited manually by technicians and set to '0' individually.
The user has the option to solve this problem structurally by adding the missing checkpoints to a floorplan.
Improvement: Navigation in checklist
Recovery of list position: When a user opens and closes a checkpoint, the list now returns to the last visited position. Previously, the list jumped back to the beginning, which was unintended behavior.
