Location menu
With this release, a new button has been added that allows you to navigate directly from a location to the related customer.
In addition, services have been moved to the Planning tab to improve navigation.
Location tasks
This new feature makes it possible to register tasks at location level. Tasks can be assigned to specific employees and can optionally be shown in the mobile app, allowing technicians to view them as tasks.
These tasks are not shown on the visit report. Task updates can be added when needed.
Within reporting, it is now possible to generate an overview of all tasks across all locations.

Routes
From this release onward, routes are the foundation of the planning tools. Routes can be created via Setup System. A default employee can be assigned per route.
These routes can then be used for services and during planning.
Services
The route code field for services has been changed to a dropdown menu. One of the created routes can be selected here.
If a route has a default employee assigned, this employee is filled in automatically. By selecting a route, the service is immediately linked to that route, removing the need to assemble routes during planning.
Planning
The old planning sets have been removed. Instead, routes are now displayed.
When selecting a route, all associated services are shown automatically. The layout of the planning schedule itself has not been changed in this release.
Calendar – location restrictions
In the calendar, additional information is now shown in the tooltip, including location restrictions.
For this purpose, a new field has been added per location. This field can be found under Profile > Address.
