Alarmstatus on visit report
When alarmstatus is off for a specific location, this will not be shown on the visit report.
Customer Portal
On a work order in customer portal, you can filter the recommendations on a specific status. This filter is taken into account when opening the visit report in PDF from this page.
Calendar
From now on you can filter in the calendar on the following filters: Route code, Visit type, Postal Code, City and Follow up workorders.
Route Planning
We have added an extra line to each location. This line will show all completed work orders for this location. The color indicates the specific visit type of this visit. The number before this line show the number of completed work orders vs the planned work orders.
Also you can click on the triangle to see more specific details for this visit.
Visit Notifications
When moving work orders to a different date or time, the system will send a new notification to the customer if needed. This will keep the customer up to date about upcoming visits when this setting is on!
Location tasks
We added the title to the overview on the location.
At the report of tasks, the location is clickable, an edit button has been added and the create date is now shown in the overview. Also, this report is now exportable to PDF, Excel and CSV
Documents Location
All admin accounts will get a notification when a document has passed it's expiration date. This date can be set when uploading or editing the document.
Contact persons
We solved some minor bugs in the contact persons feature.
