In this manual we will highlight some of the important features in the PestScan customer portal. In the customer portal you can monitor all data the pest control company has supplied.

The features shown in your customer portal are dependent on the company's licence. For this reason some of the features mentioned in this article might not be available in your customer portal.

Customer and location management

On the homepage you will find the option to choose a customer and location.

For big company's that have seperate departments you can choose different customers. Your Pest Controller will give you information on this. Choose the location or contract (there might be a seperate contract for invoicing purposes for example) to watch the data connected to that location or contract.

This is a short overview on all the menu options on the Homepage.

Management Dashboard

A quick overview with all the basic data you need to know. Here you will find the status on recommendations made by the Pest Control company, visits and an overview on all checkpoints and observations that where made.

Reports

Here you will find all information on visits. Under Visits you will find an overview on all visits that where made. Choose 'all' to view the visit report.

The Period Summary and Summery will show you data on all pests that where caught. Material Usage will inform you on what materials where used in the pest extermination and prevention.

Statistics and analyses

Here you can find graphs that summarize all pest activity. You can filter for example on checkpoint type to see data for each type of checkpoint.

Planning Schedule

A convenient overview of all past and future visits that are planned. Right click a past visit to see the work order.

Recommendations

Here you can monitor all recommendations made by the Pest Control technicians. Click on the editing button on the right to see all information on a recommendation.

Documents and Certificates

The Pest Control company can supply you with all kinds of documents and information on their company and methods. Here you will find an overview of all these documents and other files.

Floorplans

All floorplans are found here.

Contract Details

Here you will find all contract data.

Navigation Menu

In the Navigations Menu on the left you will find some more options that are not found on the Homepage.

Alarm Status

Here you will see an overview of all the locations your company has and their alarm status. The alarm status will tell you if your company is having issues with pests extermination.

Alerts

If the Pest Control company has set any alerts you will find them here.

Checkpoints

An overview of all checkpoints in your company. These are set by the Pest Control company. You can click the view button on each checkpoint and see where it is located.
