Visit report per visit type
It is now possible to configure which visit report is automatically sent to the customer for each visit type. This gives you more control over the communication and the type of reporting that fits the nature of the visit.
In a future version, this will be further extended, allowing you to define specific settings per type of visit report. This will provide even more flexibility in setting up and personalizing reports for your customers.
Roles and permissions
A comprehensive review of the roles and permissions in the office portal has been carried out. This ensures greater clarity and control over employee access.
In particular, the roles Reader and Account Manager have been thoroughly revised and improved, so that they better reflect practical use and responsibilities within your organization.
Other improvements
Locations – Country: The Country field can now be stored for each location. This provides greater accuracy and clarity for international use.
Customer page – filter on alarm status: It is now possible to filter customers by their alarm status. This allows you to quickly identify customers who require extra attention.
Pest species – categories: Pest species can now be classified into categories. This functionality will be further expanded in the future and made available for other parts of the software as well.
Management report – recommendations: The export of recommendations now includes the columns Expiration date and Created by. This provides more insight into the follow-up and origin of recommendations.
