This release introduces a series of functional improvements, usability enhancements, and fixes across multiple modules. The updates aim to streamline daily workflows, improve clarity for users, and expand configuration options where needed. Below you will find an overview of the key changes included in this release.


Contact Persons
A major improvement has been made to the contact persons feature. When creating a new contact person at the location level, you can now specify whether this person should receive the visit report, invoices, or updates regarding the alarm status.


Customer Portal
A filter has been added to the locations dropdown in the customer portal. When opening the dropdown, a filter field is displayed where part of the location name can be entered to narrow down the list.


Roles
The role previously named Super User has been renamed to Default User to better reflect its permissions. Additionally, this role can no longer see the Employees page. This change has been implemented because this role is often used for employees who should not have access to the personal information of other employees.


Stock Control
For companies using the stock control module only for the warehouse, it is now possible to edit quantities in bulk. This feature is available on the stock overview page.

In the Stock Reports, the article filter has been improved. It is now possible to select multiple articles at once instead of being limited to a single article.


Recommendations
Users in the office portal can now edit the due date of any recommendation at any time. This is no longer restricted by status or other fields.


Visit Report Export
When downloading a visit report from the workorder page in the web application, the file will now use the same title as when it is sent by email.


IPM Trend Report
It is now possible to hide the IPM trend report in the customer portal. This feature is shown by default, but can be disabled in the customer-level settings.


Management Reports
Several fields have been added to the management reports.

Report: Services
The field Weeks has been added. This field shows the number of weeks between each visit for the service.

Field: LocationID
This field has been added to the following reports: Checkpoints, Recommendations, Visits, Observations.


Bug Fixes
The following issues have been resolved:

  • Recommendations can be deleted again in the office portal

  • Arabic text displays correctly in IPM trend reports

  • The page no longer scrolls automatically to the top when editing a recommendation

  • When editing a visit type, the report type is now set correctly

  • Heatmaps no longer display 0-values

  • Planning sets now open significantly faster
