Recommendations
Recommendations may have been made for your location by the technician. The technician adds a recommendation if there are any problems with your location that make the work of the technicians more difficult or pests are attracted because of the problem.
Some examples:
- Your locations have not been cleaned properly, there are food leftovers, that attracts pests.
- The checkpoints are not easily accessible for the technician, because of boxes or pallets.
By default, all recommendations are shown. It is possible to change the filter and have a look on recommendations with a specific status.
There are two categories for recommendations:
- For checkpoints – The technician can create one or several recommendatios for a checkpoint.
- For the location – these are recommendations related to the entire location or a part of the location. Examples: cracks and crevices in the walls. They must be closed. The technician can create an unlimited number of recommendations for the location.
In the list of recommendations, you can see the locations of the recommendations. You can even see the Recommendation category, message of the recommendation (written by the technician), the creating date and the status. The categories of Recommendation types are: Hygienic, construction, storage and miscellaneous. The date ‘Changed’ is the last date that changes have been made to the Recommendation.
It is the intention that you correct the issues mentioned in the recommendation. The recommendations consist of improvement actions, that make your locations less attractive for pests. Therefore, it is important to regularly check the list of recommendations, to see if there are any no open recommendations.
The color of the screen shows the status of the recommendations:
- Red: an initial recommendation. No improvements have been made yet.
- Orange: you have started with the improvement, but not finished.
- Green: the recommendation has been completely improved.
- Blue: your technician approved of your improvements.
- Purple: your technician rejected your improvements.
- Yellow: head technician ignores the recommandation
There are two ways of follow up:
- In the text box behind Customer comments, you can write down your actions.
- You can choose another Status, dependent on the improvements you made.
If you are able to make these edits, depends on the rights your provider has allocated to your account.
