Release Notes 9.1.0

Modified on Mon, 5 Oct at 11:30 AM

This release introduces a series of improvements to question lists on work orders, a new task status, and several fixes across the platform. The updates aim to streamline daily office workflows and improve the clarity of reports and error messages. Below you will find an overview of the key changes included in this release.

Question Lists

Question lists can now be edited directly on the work order page, so answers can be adjusted without leaving the work order. When you create a work order from the calendar, the correct question list is now linked automatically. If you change the visit type while creating a work order, the linked question lists are cleared so that no incorrect lists remain. On the PDF, empty questions are now hidden and questions appear in the correct order. The display of question lists in the customer portal has also been improved.

Task Overview

A new status, In progress, has been added to the task overview, alongside Open, Overdue and Completed. This gives you a clearer picture of which tasks are already being worked on.

Route Optimization

When an error occurs in step 2 of route optimization, the error message now includes a trace ID. You can copy this ID and share it with our support team, which helps us find the cause of the issue faster.

Bug Fixes

The following issues have been resolved:

  • Fixed an error that occurred when batch editing 50 or more checkpoints at once.
  • Corrected a text label in the calendar.
  • Areas are now translated correctly at customer level.
  • The analysis button on visits in the customer portal works again.
  • Route field values from the migration are now displayed correctly.
