This release introduces a series of functional improvements, usability enhancements, and fixes across multiple modules. The updates aim to streamline daily workflows, expand configuration options, and improve overall reliability. Below you will find an overview of the key changes included in this release.
Recommendations
Several improvements have been made to Recommendations. The management report now includes two additional columns showing which user last modified a recommendation and what comment was added at that time. Administrators can now configure a default number of days per priority level under General settings > Recommendations; once configured, the due date of a new recommendation created in the Office Portal will be automatically calculated based on its priority, while still allowing manual adjustment afterwards. Support for this in the mobile app will follow in an upcoming release. Additionally, locations can now enable a weekly email reminder — sent every Monday — listing all overdue recommendations for that location, so contact persons no longer need to log in daily to check for outstanding items.
Work Orders
Technicians and their line managers can now receive an automatic email notification when a work order is created for them, when the assigned technician is changed, or when the planned date is changed. Whether these emails are sent depends on the notification setting on the employee record and on the visit type, and outside branch opening hours the notification is also routed to a dedicated out-of-hours address configured per branch. In addition, when a location is deleted, its planned work orders are now automatically set to deleted as well, so they are no longer visible in the mobile app either.
Locations & Route Optimization
Address geo coordinates are now automatically verified and resolved as soon as a location address is saved, so issues can be corrected immediately instead of only surfacing later during route optimization. Addresses without a house number, such as those common in the UK, are still processed correctly using the available components like postcode and building name. For customers using the Enterprise module, Route Optimization now includes a company selector in step 1, so a run can be scoped to a specific sub company — limiting the technicians shown in step 2 and the start/end address used in step 3 to that company.
Roles & Permissions
The Workorder editor and Customer manager roles have been moved under the Roles management module. Operations users can now save the entire address page for a location, edit checkpoints on floor plans, and their access to workorder editing from the calendar view has been restricted to match their intended permissions.
Customer Overview
A new customer overview page replaces the previous alphabetical navigation, with a single search bar covering customer name, code, city, postal code, and address, plus filters for customer type and business unit. Clicking a customer's location count opens a side panel listing all of that customer's locations, with its own search and pagination, so locations can be found and opened without leaving the overview.
Standard Services
A new Standard Services page is available under Setup System, showing services in a searchable, filterable, and paginated grid with their target pest, visit type, price, billing type, and status. Services can be created directly from this page through a single modal covering the service details, planning settings, and pricing, including an automatically calculated annual value based on the billing type and visit frequency. These standard services are also being prepared for use in the upcoming quotation module, as well as within existing services.
Planning
When generating a planning proposal for a future year using fixed recurrences, the recurrence calculation now continues from the most recent completed or planned visit instead of always restarting from 1 January, keeping recurring visits aligned with the actual service rhythm.
Location Services
When removing a location service, you can now choose to also remove the underlying work orders that still have the status Planned or To be planned.
Visit Report
Checkpoint comments are now also included on the PDF visit report for checkpoints with a value of 0.
API
Several new endpoints have been added to support external integrations. All new endpoints follow the existing pagination pattern and require authentication.
- Infestations —
GET /v2/crm/infestations: exposes logged infestation records per location and device, including pest type, quantity, and date of occurrence. Filterable by location, device, pest type, and date range. - Devices —
GET /v2/crm/devices: returns device (bait station/trap) details per location, including device type, identifier, internal location description, and installation date. Filterable by location and device ID. - Recommendations (existing endpoint extended) —
GET /v1/crm/recommendations: now also supports filtering by location and status, in addition to the existing date-based filtering. - Customers (existing endpoint extended) —
GET /v1/crm/customers: can now be filtered by customer type, making it easier to prevent business and private customers from being linked to one another incorrectly. - Material Usage —
GET /v2/crm/material-usage: exposes chemical consumption records per location and visit for reporting and compliance purposes, independently from the order sheet flow. Filterable by location, order sheet, and date range.
