Uploading large files into PestScan

In PestScan it is not possible to upload file bigger than 2MB. 

• You can extend your license to upload bigger files. Contact the helpdesk.
• For floorplans there is no work around to get bigger files into your system. You can make the picture smaller and try again. You can easily make picture smaller in programs like Paint, Irfanview etc... Minimize PDF's with this tool: https://smallpdf.com/ 
• For other documents you can use an url reference to the file instead of uploading the file.

Using a Url to reference a file:

• Put your file in a place it can be referenced. 
  • You can put it on your server (safest option) or on your website. In Wordpress, for example, go to media and add a new file. After adding you can copy an Url to the file. Use it in PestScan. You can also add the file in your website files manually by loggin into your hosting, adding the file to your website files, and referring to the file location in PestScan.
  • You can also store your documents online on DropBox, Google Drive or OneDrive and copy the Url to PestScan
• Add a new document in PestScan by clicking the 'New' button
• Choose 'Url'
• Add an Url in the text field
• Save
