Creating Checkpoints (2022)

Modified on Tue, 2 Jan at 11:55 AM

1. We are now going to create some checkpoints for a customer. In the left menu, choose 'Equip company'. Then the icon 'Customers' and choose the particular customer to which you want to add the checkpoints.

2. You can search for your customer by entering, for example, the name of the customer in the field 'Search by customer name or customer code'. If you leave that blank and only click 'Search' you will see the first part of the full customer list.

3. Select the customer by clicking on the name.

4. Click on the tab 'Checkpoints'.

5. Select the option 'Add' at the top. Under 'Checkpoint type' you can choose from the list that is created under 'Setup System' -> Checkpoint types'. Supply values for check point type, the desired Bait or trap type, etc. The 'Label' automatically numbers up, e.g. HM1, HM2 etc. The other fields are optional with the exception of the ‘Room' field. It allows your customer to see where the checkpoints are placed.

6. You can also add a whole range of checkpoints at once. You do this by entering the desired number in the 'Number of checkpoints' field. For example, as a test you can create 3 checkpoints for mice, 1 for cockroaches and 1 fly lamp. Select 'Save' each time to execute the operation.

7. The list will then look something like this:
