1. We are now going to add floor plans to a location. In the left menu, choose 'Equip company'. Then the icon 'Customers' and choose the particular customer you want to add the checkpoints to.
2. You can search for your customer by entering, for example, the name of the customer in the field 'Search by customer name or customer code'. If you leave that blank and only click 'Search' you will see the first part of the full customer list.
3. Select the customer by clicking on the name.
4. Click on the tab 'Floorplans'.
5. Click 'New' and give a name to the floor plan, e.g. 'Ground Floor'. Drag the .jpg or .png file of the floor plan into the box or click once in the box to browse and locate the file on your computer.
6. Once uploaded, the new floor plan will appear in the list. Click on the magnifying glass to open the floor plan.
7. A new tab will open in your browser and you will see all the 'Checkpoints' on the left side there. By clicking on 'New' the mouse pointer will change to a +. Next, you can click on the map to place the checkpoint at the correct location. It is possible to drag the checkpoint by selecting it with the mouse (hold down the left mouse button) and dragging it to the desired location on the map. Do this with all desired checkpoints for this floor plan.
8. Click the 'Save' button at the top and close the browser tab.
9. If you have multiple floor plans for this customer, go back to step 3 and repeat the actions.
10. You can remove a checkpoint from the floor plan by selecting the checkpoint and then clicking on the 'Remove checkpoint' button at the top right. This will only remove the checkpoint from the floor plan and not from the system. It will then reappear in the list of unplaced check points on the left of the floor plan.
If you want to go see an earlier situation, you can click on the 'History' button at the top. You will now see where the check points were during an earlier visit:
