Execute a workorder (2022)

Sync the workorder

1. In the Welcome screen, click on 'Sync' now all work orders will be pulled in and completed work orders sent. 

2. Click on 'Work orders'. Here, the work orders appear that are scheduled in the current week (Sunday through Saturday), and are assigned to the service employee using the app (that's you!).

3. The visits are also visible in the 'Calendar' (on Welcome screen) are the work orders scheduled for the Employee.

4. To view the floor plans, the work order must be opened. Then go to the 'Floor plans' button. Click on the desired floor plan. It is also possible to add a new floor plan by clicking on 'New' in the upper right corner.  

5. On the floor plan you can:

a. Click on the checkpoint to see the details.

b. Move the checkpoints to a new location. To do so, first unlock the floor plan by pressing the 'Lock' button.

c. Remove a checkpoint from the map by clicking on 'Delete'.    

d. Edit a control point with 'Edit'.

e. Add a checkpoint that is not yet on the floor plan with 'New'.

5. Then click twice on 'Back' to get back to the work orders.


Execute the workorder

1. Click on the "Checkpoints" button. Here you will see the list of all checkpoints by category. Click on a category to expand it.

2. Choose the first checkpoint. Here you can specify the amount of bait consumption. Click on 'Save' at the top right when you are finished. The checkpoint button will turn gray. This indicates that you have visited this checkpoint.

3. Repeat this step for all other check points. For Flylights, you will see that you can quickly enter a number for the number of each species caught by clicking + or -:

4. Also explore the other features such as:

a. Adding 'Extra observations'

b. The option 'Cannot observe'

c. Indicating 'Material usage

d. Adding a 'Comment' for the customer
 

5. When you are done with all the checkpoints, click on the 'Back' button (top left) to return to the 'Work Orders' screen. Don’t forget to hit the ‘Save’ button first.
 


Finish the workorder

1. When you have finished the visit, click on the 'Finish' button. (If you have forgotten some  checkpoints, you will receive a warning). 

2. Here you can enter any comment for the office or customer and also enter the 'Effective working time'. Note: The working time is automatically recorded, but if the actual working time is different you can indicate this here.

3. Check 'Send invoice' if an extra invoice should be sent to this customer. This will cause this work order to draw attention in the office section of the application. So that you are reminded to send an additional invoice. 

4. Indicate whether this work order should be reviewed by indicating this under ‘Review'. This will also create a flag in the Office application.

5. You can also indicate an 'Alarm status'.

6. Now your customer can fill in his or her name and place a signature. 

7. Click on 'Send' (top right) to prepare the work order for synchronization with the web application (office section). Your work order will be sent out immediately if you are connected to the internet.

8. You have returned to the main menu. If your work order(s) have not been sent out yet, you can now click on 'Sync' at the top when your connection is back so your work will now be sent out.
