Logging into the PestScan Mobile App

Having trouble logging into the mobile app? Please check the following:

  1. Do you have a technician license?
    A technician license is required to use the mobile app.

  2. Did you enter the correct Customer Code?
    The Customer Code usually consists of three or four letters.

  3. Is your password correct?
    If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it via our office environment.

  4. Open PestScan in your browser
    Use this link and replace CustomerCode with your own customer code:
    https://logbook.pestscan.eu/ps_web/login.aspx?CustomerCode

  5. Try to log in there
    If login fails, a button called "Reset your password" will appear. Use it to request a new password.

  6. Is your email address not recognized by the system?
    Ask a colleague with the appropriate permissions to add your email to your account via:
    Home → Employees → Select your account → Add your email

  7. No colleague available or unable to access your account?
    Please contact our helpdesk for further assistance.
