This release introduces an important change to how visit report settings apply across the platform, alongside improvements to work orders, invoicing, planning management, and location data. Below you will find an overview of the key changes included in this release.
Important change: Visit report settings now apply to the Customer Portal
The settings configured for the visit report are now also applied to what clients see in the Customer Portal. This means the information visible in the visit report matches exactly what the client can view through the portal, ensuring full consistency between internal reports and client-facing content.
Work Order — Route and service information now visible
The work order page now displays which route and services the work order is linked to. The linked service is also clickable, allowing you to navigate directly to the service without leaving the work order.
Invoicing — Invoice preview before finalising
Before marking an invoice as definitive, it is now possible to preview the invoice first. This allows you to review the contents and layout before the invoice is finalised and sent.
Annual Planning — Settings moved to General Settings
The pages for copying annual plannings to other years or removing them from a year have been moved to General settings > Planning. This consolidates planning management into a single, logical location within the general settings.
Location — Phone number field added
A phone number can now be saved as part of the location details, making it easier to keep all relevant contact information in one place.
Management Report 'Visits' — Office memo field added
The management report for Visits now includes the Memo by office field, giving you access to this information directly within the report.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with the Emitter integration that caused traps to enter a Time-out status too quickly.
