If you have trouble loggin into PestScan, try the following:
- Are you using the right url? It should look something like this: 'https://logbook.pestscan.eu/ps_web/login.aspx?EXAMPLE'
- Did you make any changes in your browser? Things like updating your browser of changing your antivirus settings can influence how the webpage works and if your credentials are saved properly.
- Clear you browsers cache. You can do this in your browser settings.
- Try another browser to see if the problem remains.
- If you are still having issues, contact our helpdesk. Please send a screenshot and explanation to help us see find the issue.
If you forgot your log in credentials like your username or password, you can:
- Ask a coworker to create a new password for you and check your username. Make sure you ask a coworker who can make changes in the web application. They can go to home >> employees >> select your account to make the changes.
- If you have no coworker who can change your log in credentials or you are not sure how to change them you can contact our helpdesk.
