Open PestScan in another browser to see if the issue persists.Still not working?

Reset your password
After attempting to log in, a button will appear: “Reset your password”. Click it to receive an email with a reset link.Email not recognized?
Ask a coworker who has permission to update employee data to add your email address to your profile.
They can do this via:
Home → Employees → Select your account → Add your email.No colleague available?
If no one can help internally, contact our helpdesk for support.
