Having trouble logging in?

Please check the following:

  1. Correct URL
    Make sure you're using the correct link. It should look like this:
    https://logbook.pestscan.eu/ps_web/login.aspx?EXAMPLE

  2. Browser settings
    Have you recently updated your browser or changed your antivirus settings? These changes can affect how the website works or whether your login credentials are saved correctly.

  3. Try a different browser
    Open PestScan in another browser to see if the issue persists.

  4. Still not working?
    Contact our helpdesk. Send us a screenshot and a short description of the problem so we can assist you more effectively.


Forgot your login credentials?

  1. Reset your password
    After attempting to log in, a button will appear: “Reset your password”. Click it to receive an email with a reset link.

  2. Email not recognized?
    Ask a coworker who has permission to update employee data to add your email address to your profile.
    They can do this via:
    Home → Employees → Select your account → Add your email.

  3. No colleague available?
    If no one can help internally, contact our helpdesk for support.
