Stock Control
In this release, stock management has become more flexible with the introduction of multiple warehouses. After enabling stock per employee in General settings > Stock control, you can create and manage different warehouses, all visible within the stock control overview. This gives you a clear and structured view of your inventory across the entire company.
For Enterprise users, warehouses per subcompany or branch are now created automatically. Users will only see their own warehouse, while company administrators maintain full visibility over all warehouses.
Alarmstatus
You now have more control over how alarm statuses behave. In General settings > Customers, you can define how long a location may remain in a specific alarm status. Each night, the system checks this setting and automatically escalates the status when the defined limit is reached. This ensures that important situations do not remain unnoticed.
Notifications
Visit notifications have been refined to reduce unnecessary communication. From now on, a new notification will only be sent when the date changes. If only the time is adjusted, no additional notification will be triggered.
Visitreport
Visit reporting has become more flexible. Within the BPCA template, you can now decide whether the alarm status should be shown or hidden, allowing you to better tailor reports to your needs.
Automatic numbering for workorders per location
General settings > Other settings: You can now enable automatic work order numbering per location. When custom work order numbers are enabled, placeholders such as #AutoNumber# can be used. This placeholder counts the number of visits for a location and automatically increments it, ensuring consistent and logical numbering without manual input.
In addition, within General settings > Visit report, you can now define the attachment name of visit reports using placeholders when sending them by email.
Planningtool
Planning has been further improved with new automation features. Services now support a new recurrence option: “X amount of visits per year,” giving you more flexibility in defining service frequencies.
In addition, the planning module can now automatically generate work orders based on these services. You can decide how many weeks in advance work orders should be created, while the system performs a daily check to keep planning up to date.
Customer portal
The customer portal now provides more transparency by showing how many days a location has been in its current status. This number is displayed between brackets under the status indicator, giving customers clearer insight into their situation.
We have also introduced two new roles for extra accounts. One role allows users to assign rights to other extra accounts, while the second role restricts access to documents and floor plans only.
Others
As part of this release, we have also resolved several bugs to further improve overall stability and performance.
